Demetris Papaprodromou
Director
Demetris studied in the UK and is a holder of a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy, an MSc degree in Financial Markets & Derivatives and an Executive MBA degree from the University of Cambridge. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), and the Cyprus Investment Funds Association. During his career has been a guest speaker in several conferences throughout Europe over a broad range of business matters. The 25 years of experience in running successful businesses as well as his exemplary academic and professional qualifications helped him in taking positions and being a member of the Board of Directors in several International and reputable companies. He is fluent in Greek and English.
Andreas Giorgakis
Director
Andreas is a holder of a BSc degree in Accounting & Finance from the Business School of the University of Warwick (UK). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC). Andreas worked as an External Auditor in the Audit Services Department of KPMG for a number of years, where he was engaged in a diverse array of client assignments, both in Cyprus and abroad. Andreas has wide range expertise in corporate structuring, financial reporting, consolidations and taxation. He is native in Greek and fluent in English.
Ernst-Jan Vermaak
Director
Ernst-Jan is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Avans University of Applied Sciences. Ernst-Jan worked as an assistant accountant in Ernst & Young for 9 and a half years and as an Audit Manager for 2 and a half years where he dealt with multinational clients. As of March 2007, and up to date, Ernst-Jan is Financial Controller at Ritchie Bros. Shared Services located in the European Head office in Breda.
